Akumal Sunrise is the lower unit of the split level Akumal Sunset that can accommodate up to 6 people. You can rent only the bottom floor or both levels with 2,500 square feet of living space each and 40 feet of shaded terrace and an incredible infinity rooftop pool looking out on the Caribbean. This lovely villa is 7 minutes by car to Akumal, 20 minutes by car to Tulum and 30 minutes by car to Playa del Carmen.

Villa Description
Villa Akumal Sunrise offers two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The master bedroom has glass doors that open right up onto the terrace and beach and offers a delightful view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a lovely garden view and shares a bathroom with the entertainment area. Here you'll find satellite TV, along with two single beds. A pair of bamboo blinds can separate this space from the living room, making it ideal for children.
Step outside into the warmth of the Caribbean sun and see why Akumal is the jewel of the Mayan Riviera. Just a few steps across the white sand beach lie the turquoise waters of the bay, protected by a double barrier reef just 100 yards offshore. Spectacular coral formations and exotically colored and patterned fish await you as you snorkel the calm, clear water. Back on the beach enjoy the shade under a thatched palapa roof or relax with a margarita in a hammock beneath the palms. Villa Akumal Sunrise even has a beachfront shower to rinse off in.
Back inside you will appreciate the villa's air conditioning, high ceilings and cool white rattan furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining table seats up to six guests. Villa Akumal Sunrise offers a gardener and maid service Monday to Saturday. The veranda has a new beautiful long wooden table that will accommodate 10-12 guests if you decide to rent both units.
Your South Akumal vacation villa is located in a gated residential community that is tranquil and private. A quick drive two miles north or a more leisurely beach walk brings you to the village of Akumal, with its restaurants, bars, sailing, diving, fishing and other activities. Akumal, Mexico is in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, making it the perfect location from which to explore the numerous cenotes, Mayan ruins, caves and other attractions the coast offers.

The sunrise’s are worth the trip. The all natural beach is a real treasure and the ability to snorkel right out the back door was delightful. The rooftop pool was cool and refreshing and the views of the surf were amazing. The turtles coming on shore to lay their eggs is a great treat for animal lovers and families. The public beach and restaurants are a short walk north. Overall, a great place and a great experience for explorers that enjoy a bit of luxury.
