Casa Gray is 7 mins from Akumal, 20 mins to Tulum, 15 minutes from Puerto Aventuras and 30 mins to Playa del Carmen, by car!

Villa Description
Put your toes in the pool, butt in the sand and relax in the hammock under the palmtree with a cold beer in your hand. And this is only the first day of your vacation at our beautiful Casa Gray on the Mayan Riviera.
The main house at Casa Gray has 3 bedrooms all with ocean views! The separate guest house has 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette. In the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare a home made meal and as an added bonus, Marisol will wash the dishes in the morning. Or we can arrange to have home made meals prepared at the villa for you (dinner only)at an extra cost. If you prefer dining out, there are also many wonderful restaurants within 15 minutes by car.
The open floor plan in the main house is designed for a cozy family evening with an entertainment center that has books and games. During the day you can snorkel, swim or kayak right out back in our reef protected bay. You can also walk down the beach and hire a small fishing boat for a short ride just outside the bay.
Jose, our groundskeeper, will keep the windows sparkling clean and the beach out front well groomed. Marisol your house keeper will keep things sparkling clean. as well.
For the nature lovers, if you come down between April and November you can witness the nesting habits and hatching of loggerhead and green turtles right on our beaches. These turtles can get up to 450 lbs.
For the ancient civilization buffs, there are numerous major and minor Mayan ruins within 3 hours of Casa Gray including: Tulum, Coba, Ek Balam, Uxmal, Chichen Itza, Mayapan, Lultun and Muyil to name a few."

“We had a phenomenal time at Casa Grey. We were the perfect distance from Tulum- close enough to get what we needed (groceries, nice coffee) but far enough to not have any crowds. We had a magical stay. The staff are incredible, the beach couldn't be closer or more lovely. We had amazing snorkeling 20 feet out from the beach, a lovely space for playing games at night and hanging out... can't say enough good things about the place or the team behind Casa Grey!”

My wife and I were trying to take our first vacation alone since we had our boys and a friend recommended we try a place they had used in Akumal, Casa Gray. We actually ended up going with two other couples and I can say everyone was thoroughly impressed! The house was fabulous with plenty of room for everyone and has everything you would need! There are amenities close by, whether you are looking for good food (Turtle Bay cafe for breakfast is a must) or hang out spots to get a drink, watch the waves, and listen to music over fresh fish tacos, it is all close by. There is a great golf course across the highway and even a casino. It wasn't overcrowded and our group had a blast at the blackjack tables.While all this was nice, it is the backdoor oasis and personal beautiful pristine sandy beach that really stands out! The view is simply amazing and was so relaxing. We spent much of the day relaxing poolside, on the beach, and in the hammock as the waves rolled in...
