The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and granite countertops. It is here the chef will create many meals for you to enjoy in the formal dining room. Also on the first floor, you will find a bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden area. On the second floor, there are 3 master suites with private balconies. Two of the master suites overlook the pool and greenery of the golf course, the other overlooks the courtyard garden. All of the bedrooms in the main house have king beds with en suite bathrooms. The poolside terrace is an excellent place to relax with the family while the kids frolic in the shallow end of the fabulous swimming pool. The pool is equipped with bar stools and an adjoining Jacuzzi where you can relax your muscles after that last round of golf. The Puerto Aventuras Golf Course that passes behind the pool area is only a 3 minutes walk away. From the roof deck, you have a 360 degree view of the golf course, the surrounding jungle and a partial view of the ocean. Included in the rental of this fabulous villa is a guest membership card to the Omni Hotel which allows access to use the Omni beachside lounge chairs, pool, gym and towel service. The card also carries a 20% discount on all food and beverages served at the hotel beach or in the beach bar and restaurant. The beach at the Omni Hotel is just a few minutes down the street and provides the perfect snorkeling venue inside the protected reef. There are 6 bicycles for your use to ride around the Puerto Aventuras community.
