Aktun Chen Jungle Cave Tours

Aktun Chen is a Mayan word that means "a water well inside a cave."
This wonderful cave complex is located just 4 Kilometers south of
Akumal, just past the Bahia Principe on Highway 307. This amazing
tour includes a walk-through tour of a 670 meter long dry cave with Cenote pools.
Your guide will give you a better understanding of the Cenote cave system and the
geology of the Yucatan. The cave is full of stalagmite structures formed during
millions of years and sculptured by the water that penetrates the
surface. In addition to the cave system there are 10 canopy zip
lines, 2 suspension bridges and a crystal clear snorkeling cenote.
