Don Cafetos Restaurant on the east side of Hwy 307 in the Tulum pueblo. Open 7am, - 11pm daily. This restaurant is a favorite of locals and tourists from all over the world Don Cafeto's is one of the oldest established restaurants in Tulum. They boast a large menu that consists of mostly traditional Mexican dishes. One of our favorites was the sampler which was huge and had a large variety of traditional favorites such as enchiladas, chili rellanos and tacos. The portions are generous and the meals start with complimentary chips and assorted pickled vegetables. Reasonable prices, and fast and friendly service make this is a great place to try next time you are in or near Tulum. Located right on the main street with indoor and sidewalk seating it is a great place to people watch as you sip a margarita.
